We accept returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery, for all products with the exception of our wine gift baskets. We are unable to accept returns for wine gift baskets, however if you are not completely satisfied with your wine gift basket purchase, please contact us so we can make it right. For other returns, return shipping costs may apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
Our Return Authorization Process
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number. We cannot accept returns without a return authorization number.
Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment, less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You can choose to receive store credit for your return, or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you paid for your order via credit card and have not received your refund yet, please contact your credit card company to inquire on the status of the refund.
